A. The Modernization of the Local Roads witch are made from stone or from ground by the method "IN SITU" (ballast stabilized, "IN SITU" as foundation)
"IN SITU" stabilized ballast can be used for the modernization of the communal and district roads, access points, platforms and also for the construction of the new roads.
For execution it is used special equipment imported directly from Germany. This method is frequently used in Europe. In Romania it was tested in 1997 and from 1998 it was legally approved also in our country.
In principle the technology consist in the scarification into the deep at 20 cm of the existent material (ballast), contribution of the material - only if needed, the crusher of the resulted material from the scarification with a mobile crusher - only then the dowry roads enforces this- for the existence of the big units, granulometric curve isn't continuously- the scatter of the 5% - 6% cement from the hole mass of the material with the one assessment witch have the controlled dosage, assuring an optimal humidity, malaxating the mixture, shaping with the autogreder, the compaction with /without vibrato using one VV170 compacting, afterwards the hole surface is soaked (the Deeping of the compacted layer can be up to 18 cm - depending of the requirements of the requests of the conditions of the contract).
The resulted surface is protected by a emulsive layer over witch is applied one detritions' layer from bituminous mixture( Hmin = 4 cm) or it can be respected the specifications from the afferent's conditions of the contract. The method can be used also for the realization of the layers of form (treatment with cousin).
The advantages of this method consist in the use of the existing dowry for the modernization of the local roads. In this way the costs will drop down. In the case of the new works, this methods is often used. Because, by the replacing the stabilized ballasts from the concretes stations, the costs are reduced (preparing, transporting and execution). In this case everything is directly in the work. By this method it can be achieved 1 000 - 1 300 mp daily.
The assessment can be used also for the dissipation of the non-skidding material during brumes. The main advantage is the uniform dissipations per 2m wide. And the amount per square is controlled. The advance speed is cca 3-4 km/hour.
